Disappointed in vs I currently live in pender county nc which was devastated by hurricane florence we have 700 students in our schools whose homes were destroyed and the children are now displaced I was given the opportunity to take on the teens group for our holiday fundraiser for those affected by hurricane florence I decided to go to some local businesses and see about donations or purchasing things at cost etc first stop was mayfaire in wilmington victoriassecret I went in there because teens love their pink line the clothing the lotions pajamas and slipper socks etc the associates looked at me like I was from mars and told me that victoriassecret doesn t donate to charities and that I could contact their home office however they don t participate in things like this it is their community too and it just so happens that their pink line right now is full of yellow black which is topsail colors I was really shocked by this as other businesses I went to gap old navy justice game stop bath body etc did not react like this at all even if their businesses don t necessarily participate in these kind of things I m a I Am A Disney Princess Unless The Empire Needs Me Star Wars Shirt little miffed with victoriassecret I don t think I will be going back there personally I just didn t appreciate the way that they treated me or acted like it was below them to help their community it may not be the feelings of the entire company but I for one really felt like they didn t care. The honest company I ordered a city backpack from a pea in the pod last week and got it today and it was damaged I was so upset as I loved the design of this bag and wanted to splurge since this is my third and last boy much to my disappointment I didn’t get great customer service from apeainthepodmaternity and they immediately told me to take it back to one of their store for a refund rather than trying to make it right or offering to send another one out the nearest store is 30 miles away at least or I was finally given the option to wait on a return mailing label to send it back with would be a week process to get my refund I wanted to love this bag so much I hate that it was damaged and that a pea in the pod really didn’t care either way you may have both lost a customer today maybe i’m still hormonal but i’m up in my feelings about this because I expected better quality in a 150 bag and certainly better customer care than what I received from a pea in the pod aka destination maternity I will be returning the bag for a full refund and not shopping with apitp and likely won’t be shopping with the honest brand anymore.
